Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base
  • 2 packs cream cheese (softened) Tesco's own brand is budget-friendly, but Philadelphia makes it fluffier.
  • ¾ cup icing sugar Regular icing sugar can be blended to powder if needed.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Fancy version is great, but regular works fine.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Full-fat for a light and luscious texture.
Crust
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs More if you want a crumblier texture.
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted The glue that holds the jar together.
Decoration
  • to taste mini chocolate eggs and sprinkles Use your favorite festive candies.

Method
 

Get Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, whip together the softened cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
It's Time for Cream
  1. In another bowl, beat the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
The Blend
  1. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Crust Time!
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
Layering
  1. In your serving jars, start with a layer of the graham cracker mixture followed by a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat until you reach the top—filling the jars about ¾ full.
Decorate
  1. Pop on some mini chocolate eggs and sprinkles on top for the festive touch.
