Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
- In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, applesauce, and protein powder (if using) until everything is nicely incorporated.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour in your brownie batter. Spread it out evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serving
- Let the brownies cool completely before slicing and serving. Optionally, serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt and a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup.

Notes
You can use cottage cheese if you're out of Greek yogurt. If you don't have a food processor, a bowl and whisk work perfectly. Music and a good drink can enhance the baking experience!
