Mixing the Butter and Peanut Butter
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and peanut butter until it’s smooth and well blended.
Adding the Sugars and Eggs
- Gradually add in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined, then beat in the eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla extract.
The Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Gradually blend this into your wet mixture.
Time to Mix in the Goodies
- Once your dough comes together, fold in those mini Reese’s pieces and chopped peanut butter cups.

Notes
If you find the dough is too sticky, sprinkle in a bit more flour until it’s manageable. If you burn the bottom, simply trim them off while they’re warm.
