  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Add more if desired for extra flavor.
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms Cremini mushrooms add depth.
  • 1 cup beef sirloin, thinly sliced Choose a good cut that isn’t too pricey.
  • 1 cup beef broth Homemade is best but store-bought is acceptable.
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Adds rich umami flavor.
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese Plenty of cheese for gooey delight.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Finish with cracked black pepper for a kick.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sliced bell pepper. Sauté until they begin to soften.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan, and sear until browned.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the tortellini, coating it well with the mixture.
  7. Finish by folding in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and creamy.
