- Add the ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, ginger, garlic, and add the soy sauce.
- Stir in the chopped bell pepper and scallions.
- Drizzle in the sriracha and taste it for spice level.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle the firecracker chicken onto plates for serving.
