- Return the seared chicken to the pan, nestling it among the peach mixture and spoon some sauce over the chicken.
Simmer and Serve
- Cover the pan and let cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve in shallow bowls, pairing with jasmine rice or a simple side salad.
