Preparation
- In your blender or food processor, add almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking powder. Blend until mixed well.
- Add medjool dates and nut butter. Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle in maple syrup and vanilla extract while blending. Adjust consistency with almond milk if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool, then cut into pieces and serve.
