  • ½ cup protein powder Pea protein for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 tsp baking powder Helps the brownies rise.
  • a pinch sea salt Balances sweetness.
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted Natural sweetness.
  • ½ cup nut butter of choice Almond or peanut butter is great.
  • cup maple syrup Natural sweetener.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds classic flavor.
Add-ins
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips For a rich chocolate touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In your blender or food processor, add almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and baking powder. Blend until mixed well.
  2. Add medjool dates and nut butter. Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Drizzle in maple syrup and vanilla extract while blending. Adjust consistency with almond milk if necessary.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Let cool, then cut into pieces and serve.
