  • 2 medium pears, diced Use ripe and juicy pears for best results.
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds You can also use a can if preferred.
  • 1 cup grapes, halved Keep them in the fridge for a refreshing snack.
Dressing and Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Add only if you want extra sweetness.
  • 1 lemon, juiced Prevents browning of apples.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Adds warm autumn flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the apples and pears into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the pomegranate in half and remove seeds by holding it cut-side down over a bowl and tapping with a wooden spoon.
  3. Halve the grapes.
Combining and Dressing
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples, pears, pomegranate seeds, and halved grapes.
  2. Drizzle honey or maple syrup and lemon juice on top, then toss gently to combine.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and give it another light toss.
