Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Add minced garlic on top of the chicken.
- Pour in your chicken broth.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, boil the pasta separately according to package instructions.
- Shred the chicken, add the cooked pasta, and mix in the parmesan cheese.

Notes
If you burn the bottom, scoop the good stuff off the top. You can substitute water for chicken broth in a pinch. For gluten-free, swap out the pasta.
