  • 3 tbsp butter Butter is crucial for flavor.

  • Salt & pepper to taste Go heavy on the salt for a treat day.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and minced garlic. Microwave for about 30 seconds until the butter is melted.
Cooking
  1. Place the radishes on your baking sheet. Drizzle with the melted butter and garlic, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Roast for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Once crispy, remove from the oven and sprinkle with any fresh herbs you have handy.
