Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it in the pan.
  3. Sauté until browned and chicken releases easily from the pan.
  4. Once browned, pour in the heavy cream and reduce heat to low.
  5. Stir in the pesto and let simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and stir until they soften slightly.
