Ingredients
  

Pizza Bases
  • 2 large large pizza bases Homemade or shop-bought.
Cheeses
  • 1 cup cottage cheese The magic maker of this dish.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese More cheese equals more happiness.
Sauce and Vegetables
  • ½ cup marinara sauce Your favorite store-bought variety.
  • 1 large bell pepper, diced Add color and crunch.
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced Optional but delicious.
Seasoning
  • 1-2 tsp Italian seasoning Or to taste.
  • to taste salt and pepper For flavor.
Garnish
  • Fresh basil For garnish if feeling fancy.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (or 400°F).
  2. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the pizza bases.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, half the mozzarella, diced bell pepper, and olives. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture over each sauce-covered pizza base, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of each pizza bowl.
Baking
  1. Pop the assembled pizzas in the oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
