Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (or 400°F).
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the pizza bases.
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, half the mozzarella, diced bell pepper, and olives. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the cottage cheese mixture over each sauce-covered pizza base, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the top of each pizza bowl.
Baking
- Pop the assembled pizzas in the oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
