Method
Melt the Chocolate
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it gently in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (double boiler).
Mix Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt until well combined.
Combine
- Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before folding it into the yogurt mixture.
Chill
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and place them in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Serve
- Serve the mousse chilled, topped with fruit or a dollop of more Greek yogurt and some grated chocolate.
