Preparation

- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and the first round of salt and pepper.
- Fold in the cheese gently.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased casserole dish.
- Pour barbecue sauce over the loaf, spreading evenly.
Cooking
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F (71°C).
- Let it rest for about 10 minutes before cutting.
