Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the melted butter and light brown sugar together until combined.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, along with the vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and fold until incorporated. Stir in the Biscoff spread until well blended.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the top. Optionally, swirl in some extra Biscoff.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes. The edges should be golden brown and the middle should spring back with a light touch.
  2. Let the blondies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
