Making the Glaze
- In a bowl, combine mango puree, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Whisk until well blended.
Cooking the Chicken
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil. Once shimmering, add the chicken thighs.
Glazing the Chicken
- Once the chicken is nicely browned, pour the mango glaze over it and reduce the heat to allow it to simmer gently.
Serving
